Steve Penn is a defense and national security policy expert with over thirty-three years’ experience in a wide range of challenging assignments in the Marine Corps and government and private sectors. Key assignments include support to a service chief, COCOM, Special Envoy to the Middle East, NSA, and POTUS. Mr. Penn is a graduate of the Naval War College and holds a Master of Science in National Security Strategy and Strategic Studies. Recent experience includes support of the NATO Special Operations Component Command in Afghanistan and a private US company in Saudi Arabia. 
Ollen Richey
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Ollen Richey is a national defense and security expert with broad experience in varied and challenging staff and leadership positions in the public and private sectors including service on the personal staffs of three service chiefs and the deputy secretary of defense. Mr. Richey is a graduate of the National War College and holds a Master of Science in National Security Strategy and Master of Military Studies. He has recent, extensive experience leading high-level programs and projects in the Middle East and North Africa.
Jack Sotherland
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Jack Sotherland is a national defense and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance expert with experience in increasingly challenging staff and leadership positions including service on the Chairman, JCS and Naval Forces Central Command staffs, command of an Amphibious Ready Group, and duty as the US Naval Attaché, Manila. Mr. Sotherland is a graduate of the US Army Command and Staff and War Colleges and holds a Master of Strategic Studies. He has recent experience in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and East and West Africa.
